Individual Counselling
A private space that belongs to you.
One-to-one counselling for anyone who wants to think clearly, feel steadier and be properly heard.

You do not need a crisis to justify talking to someone.
Individual counselling is a confidential conversation between you and a professional counsellor. There is no script to follow and nothing you have to prepare. We begin with whatever feels most present for you, and move at a pace you set. Over time, sessions can help you understand your own patterns, name what you are feeling, and consider practical ways forward.
What this can help with
Being properly heard
An unhurried hour where your perspective is the only thing on the table, held without judgement.
Understanding patterns
Noticing what tends to repeat in your thinking, reactions and relationships, and where there is room to change it.
Everyday emotional load
Support with worry, low mood, pressure, grief, self-doubt and the things that are hard to say out loud.
Practical next steps
Small, realistic strategies you can use between sessions rather than abstract advice.
Common situations
People often begin here.
- Feeling overwhelmed or persistently low without a clear reason
- Carrying something you have not been able to talk about with family or friends
- Recurring worry, tension or difficulty sleeping
- Loss, bereavement or a change you are still adjusting to
- Feeling stuck between decisions and unable to think clearly
What you can expect
Confidential from the first minute
What is said in the room stays in the room, within the limits explained to you at the start.
No pressure to disclose everything
You choose what you share and when. Silence is allowed, and so is changing your mind.
A steady rhythm
Sessions run approximately 30–45 minutes and can be weekly, fortnightly or as needed.
Who this may suit
Adults who would prefer to talk privately, one-to-one
Anyone new to counselling and unsure where to begin
People who feel they are managing, but would rather not manage alone
“You do not need the right words to begin.”
How it works

A private space to talk about what's happening.
Explore
Understand emotions, patterns and concerns.
Move forward
Identify practical ways forward together.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
If you're ready to talk, we're here to listen.
