
Many people wait until things feel unmanageable before they speak to someone. Counselling does not require a crisis. It can simply be a regular, private space to think out loud.
Being heard by someone who is not involved in the situation can change how a problem looks. Words that felt tangled become clearer once they are said aloud and reflected back with care.
